Replacement extension to a B-listed Victorian villa in Fortrose, on the Black Isle, Scottish Highlands.

The Anchorage is a B-listed Victorian villa in Fortrose, which had an existing garden room that had fallen into poor repair. The client approached us to design and deliver a new replacement extension, that made the most of the amazing views over the Firth.

A new simple, glass replacement was designed and built to sit discreetly behind the historic villa, allowing year-round enjoyment of the views and the new space.
