Seven Peaks

A new-build house with open plan living spaces on the first floor, providing panoramic views over Lochinver towards seven mountains around Assynt and Coigach.

The clients approached us following their purchase of a small bungalow on a site with stunning views across Lochinver to seven mountains around Assynt and Coigach. The existing house was taken down to foundation level and a new house was built on its footings.

The new house included a unique design that placed all kitchen, dining and living spaces in one shared, social space on the first floor. This space connects to a full length balcony, allowing the panoramic views to be enjoyed from all places within. The ground floor contains the house’s four bedrooms, bathrooms and service spaces.
